Job Summary:
A Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) will be based in the state of Connecticut. This position involves performing a variety of CT scan imaging procedures, including neuro, vascular, trauma, and orthopedic imaging for adult patients in emergency, inpatient, outpatient, stroke, trauma, and angiography settings. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.
Job Details:
- Location: Farmington, Connecticut
- Schedule: 36 hours per week, with shifts every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM.
- Required Qualifications: Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Computed Tomography (CT), at least 2 years of experience performing CT scans, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems—preferably Epic—and proficiency with GE and Siemens CT scanners.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience is advantageous but not required.
- Additional Information: Mandatory overtime is required as part of the assignment, with staff being included in the rotation pool to provide additional coverage as needed.
