Job Summary:
The CT (Computed Tomography) Technologist position is based in a healthcare facility and involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures using CT technology. The technologist will work under the supervision of a radiologist, executing screening, diagnostic, and therapeutic imaging protocols in accordance with departmental and hospital policies. This role demands proficiency in X-ray and CT scans, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The position may include shift hours during day, evening, or night, along with on-call responsibilities.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 10/26/2026 and ending on 01/23/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology; Radiologic Technologist Certification from the American Registry for Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); California State Radiologic Technologists License; Registered Radiographer; proficiency in X-ray and CT scans; current CPR card.
- Preferred Qualifications: Associate of Science or Associate of Arts Degree in a related field or acceptable equivalent experience; experience with Seven Medical PACS / RIS; experience with Athena Health EHR.
- Additional Information: The role involves exposure to blood, body fluids, and tissues, and may require work during various shifts including day, evening, and night hours. Candidates must be able to work independently and coordinate with medical staff and hospital departments.
