Job Summary:
A Connecticut (CT) Technologist position is available at a healthcare facility in Asheville, North Carolina. This role involves performing all areas of computed tomography (CT) imaging, including diagnostic and invasive procedures, with a focus on trauma and stroke imaging. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Asheville, North Carolina
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, including the possibility of weekend shifts and rotation to other shifts. Potential call requirement of 12 hours per month.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registered, relevant experience in CT imaging including diagnostic and invasive procedures, proficiency in ED trauma and stroke imaging, and experience with GE equipment. Knowledge of EMR systems such as Cerner and Rad Net, as well as Phillips PACS.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with invasive CT procedures, cardiac imaging, venipuncture, and GE equipment experience.
- Additional Information: This is a contractor replacement position for one staff member.
