Job Summary
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), Specialty in Long-Term Acute Care, located in the area. This position involves providing essential patient care in a long-term care setting for a duration of approximately 16 to 26 weeks. Job Details
- Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required; please attach any others
- Education and Experience: No minimum years of experience required; a minimum of 1 year experience is required, with LTC experience preferred
- License: NY license or proof of application with applied date; licensing in NY takes 6-8 weeks, so consideration for start dates will be given
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Sunday; minimum of 40 hours per week, with bi-weekly rotations and no block scheduling allowed
- Additional Information:
- IVS to OFFER
- No call; work every other weekend and/or adjusted schedule to meet unit needs
- Must have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle recommended during November-April due to public transportation limitations
- All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
- Must have complete work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to submit application
