Job Summary
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) position for a day-shift assignment supporting patient care in a long-term care setting. The role requires experience working with dementia patients, prior travel experience, and flexibility to support other units as needed. The assignment is scheduled from 11/23/2026 through 05/23/2027.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week; scheduling may include Monday through Sunday, every other weekend, and two of the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Day. Block scheduling is not available.
- Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA); minimum of 2 years of experience; prior travel experience; long-term care (LTC) experience; comfort working with dementia patients; willingness to float to other units as needed.
- Additional Information: Biweekly Monday orientations are provided. Travelers must communicate any planned time off before the assignment begins and are expected to work assigned hours. Reliable personal or rental transportation is strongly recommended, and vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires from November through April.
