Job Summary
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist in the specialty of Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL TECH) at a healthcare facility. This role involves providing invasive radiological procedures, including scrub and monitoring duties in the Cath Lab, with a focus on complex cardiac cases such as angiograms, PCI, CTO, L main, PFO, device implants, PE thrombectomy, IR cases, and peripheral procedures. The position requires experience with catheterization laboratory procedures and invasive radiology.
Job Details
- Shift Time: Days
- Shift Hours: 10 hours per shift, with a schedule of 4/10's from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Required Qualifications: ARRT certification, minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab procedures, and experience scrubbing and monitoring invasive procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications: Structural Heart experience, familiarity with Impella and IABP devices, and knowledge of MacLab for recording.
- Additional Information: Duties include sterile technique, use of sterile supplies, restocking rooms, and knowledge of product inventory. Scrubbing and monitoring Cath Lab procedures such as angiogram, PCI, complex cases (e.g., CTO, PFO), device implants, PE thrombectomy, IR cases, and peripheral procedures are essential. STEMI coverage is required, and training on MacLab monitoring will be provided if needed.
