Job Summary:
The location is in Staten Island, New York. The position is for a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist in a high-volume Cardiac Cath Lab with three labs performing cardiac catheterizations, structural heart, and peripheral procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This role involves assisting with procedures, scrubbing, and working primarily in adult patient care.
Job Details:
- Certifications: ARRT(R) (registered Radiologic Technologist through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Radiologic Technologist certification
- Education Requirements: ARRT(R) certification
- Experience: 2 or more years of experience in Cardiac Cath Labs
- Schedule: Shift hours are from 11:30 AM to 07:30 PM with varying start times between 7:00 AM and 7:30 PM; minimum hours per week are 40
- Required Qualifications: ARRT(R) certification, NYSDOH Radiologic Technologist certification, at least 2 years’ experience in Cardiac Cath Labs, experience scrubbing and first assisting, practice in adult patient care, ability to work the specified shift
- Additional Information: Scrubs will be provided
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in interventional radiography
