Job Summary:
The Technologist - Cardiac Cath Technologist position is located in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves working in a six-room Cardiac Cath/EP Lab that conducts 10-25 cases daily, including diagnostic studies, complex percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), and Structural Heart procedures. Candidates are expected to bring their license on the first day of work. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience in a similar setting.
Job Details:
- Shift: 10-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications include Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Radiologic Care Interventional Specialist (RCIS). Candidates must have 2 or more years of experience and be authorized to work in the United States, with current licenses to be presented on the first day.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience is recommended.
- Schedule: 4 days per week, working 10-hour shifts, with on-call responsibilities including 1-2 nights per week and every 4-5 weekends based on staffing needs.
- Additional Information: The candidate must be willing and able to float between affiliated campuses or locations within the health system based on operational needs. The on-call requirements include availability during nights and weekends, with the possibility of reporting to an alternate campus if instructed after arrival. Mileage between campuses will be billable if reporting to an alternate site.
