Job Summary:
The Cardiovascular Catheterization Laboratory Technologist (Cath Lab Tech) role is based in Pensacola, Florida. The position involves working in a specialized Cath Lab setting performing various cardiac procedures. Candidates are required to bring their licensure on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Pensacola, Florida
- Schedule: 4-10 hour shifts, 6-8 shifts call per month, one weekend per month
- Required Qualifications: State licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, Cath Lab experience, and minimum of 0 years of experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with sedation, atherectomy, intracoronary ultrasound (IVUS), thrombectomy, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification, overall advanced skills in Cath Lab procedures including LHC, RHC, Coronary Intervention, PPM insertion, electrophysiology (EP) studies with ablation, Watchman, TAVR, and PFO closure.

- Staffing includes 2 Cardiovascular (CV) analysists, 10 registered nurses (RNs), and 6 radiologic technologists (RTs) scrubbing
- No floating policy required
- Patient experience requirements as determined by the facility
