Job Summary:
The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist (CCL TECH) position is located in Orange Park, Florida. The role involves providing specialized technologic support within the cardiac catheterization laboratory environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This is a travel assignment contributing to the organization’s high-quality cardiovascular services, including diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 4-10 hour shifts per week, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications include RCIS or RCES or RT(R); Education requirements include certification and license prerequisites. Location requirements include being able to work in Orange Park, FL; Experience of 0 years minimum required; Candidates must be able to monitor procedures and scrub for LHC/RHC/ PCI/ STEMI/ Peripherals.
- Preferred Qualifications: Support in prep/recovery area as needed; Experience with newer procedure rooms and equipment; Familiarity with cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures such as diagnostic Left Heart Catheterization, PCI, STEMI, Stroke, Carotid Stenting, Peripheral diagnostics, and interventions.
- Additional Information: Candidate will work alongside 5-10 physicians with a dedicated Charge Nurse coordinating the flow of the day. The role involves working in a high-paced environment with new equipment and technology.
