Job Summary:
The location is in Ocala. The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist will support the organization’s cardiac catheterization procedures. This position involves working in a dynamic environment, performing diagnostic and interventional procedures, with responsibilities centered around patient care and equipment operation in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 4 ten-hour shifts per week with rotating call, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: RCIS certification, ALCS/BLS certification, and a minimum of 2 years of lab experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: EP experience.
- Responsibilities include performing right and left heart catheterizations, peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures, preparing and maintaining equipment, and following hospital policies.
- Certifications Required: RCIS.
- Dress Code: Provided OR scrubs.
- Additional Information: Unit specific policies and guidelines will be attached. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently handle procedures in a fast-paced environment.
