Job Summary:
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist (CCL TECH) position is located in Miami, Florida. This role involves supporting the cardiac catheterization department, working with specialized equipment and performing procedures related to structural heart, peripheral, and other cardiac interventions. The position requires collaboration within a team to ensure patient safety and procedural success.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with potential for on-call duties after hours, on weekends, and major holidays.
- Required Qualifications: Current certification as an Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) provider, Basic Life Support (BLS), and either ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist), RCIS (Registered Cardiac Interventional Specialist), or RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in catheterization laboratory procedures such as LHC (Left Heart Catheterization), RHC (Right Heart Catheterization), structural heart, and electrophysiology.
- Additional Information: The position requires flexibility, the ability to function independently, and the capability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Scrub attire will be provided by the institution. The department has a team of approximately 30 staff members working primarily on day shifts.
