Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist (CCL TECH) position located in Michigan. This contract assignment involves working in a high-volume Cath Lab focusing on adult and geriatric patient populations. The role requires performing general catheterization procedures and supporting advanced cardiovascular interventions. The assignment offers a comprehensive clinical experience in a specialized cardiac environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, with start dates beginning on 09/28/2026 and ending on 12/28/2026.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and a minimum of 0 years of experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory setting.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with procedures such as angiography, angioplasty, arterial line insertion, coronary angioplasty, intra-aortic balloon pump, Impella, intravascular ultrasound, stent placement, thrombolysis, venography, and wave wire. Knowledge of hemodynamic calculations, right and left heart catheterization, structural heart procedures, vascular interventions, and electrophysiology studies is desirable.
- Additional Information: Orientation is bi-weekly. The candidate must be at least 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel assignment. On-call responsibilities require punching in within 30 minutes of call notification. Suitable scrubs are provided, and housing options are available via furnished finder platforms and local rental agencies.
