Job Summary:
A Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist (Cath Lab Tech) is needed in Margate, Florida. This position involves supporting a dedicated Cath Lab unit that handles cardiovascular procedures such as cardiac caths, cerebral angiograms, stent placements, balloons, and ENT labs. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role demands a team-oriented individual capable of functioning in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Job Details:
- Location: Margate, Florida
- Unit type: Cath Lab with 4 rooms, each accommodating one patient
- Schedule: Day shift only, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Candidates must possess Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) credentials. Competence in Special Procedures and GE Innova equipment is required. RCIS certification is preferred. No minimum years of experience specified.
