Job Summary:
A Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist located in Lewiston, Maine, is sought for a contract position within the organization. This role involves providing specialized support in invasive cardiovascular procedures, including cardiac catheterizations and electrophysiology studies. - Required Qualifications: Certifications: ARRT; Education Requirements: ACLS, BLS; Degree Requirements: Not specified; Location: Maine; Years of Experience: At least 1 year
- Preferred Qualifications: Electrophysiology and Endovascular procedure knowledge are a plus
- Additional Information: Must have catheterization laboratory experience with intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), temporary pacemakers, STEMI call, scrub and circulate roles. Experience with Epic electronic health record system is preferred.
- Responsibilities: Support invasive cardiovascular procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, electrophysiology procedures, and endovascular interventions. Work within a team environment to deliver quality patient care.
- Note: This position offers the option to work 13 or more weeks based on facility needs and candidate requests.
- Float: Float rotation may be required within the department.
