Job Summary:
Cath Lab Technologist in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory located in southeastern Washington. This position involves supporting interventional cardiology and radiology procedures in a Level III trauma center within a busy and diverse healthcare environment. The role offers an opportunity to work with advanced equipment and a dedicated team in a community known for its recreational landscape and access to major cities.

Job Details:

  • Location: Southeastern Washington, serving the Tri-Cities area
  • Facility: Catheterization Lab department on the 1st floor of a hospital with 2 beds, equipped with Philips, McKesson-Change Healthcare Hemo, and Maquet equipment; using Paragon (hosp) and McKesson-Change Healthcare (hemo) electronic health records
  • Position: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technician specializing in Interventional Cardiology and Radiology
  • Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts during the days, with standby; weekly guaranteed hours are 40
  • Shift Hours: 10 hours per day
  • Start Date: 09/14/2026
  • End Date: 11/21/2026
  • Number of Openings: 1
  • Certifications: RT (Radiologic Technologist) or CVIS (Cardiovascular Interventional Specialist) certification; RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) eligible for CVIS license in Washington State; BLS and ACLS required
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiac catheterization or interventional cardiology; candidates with 0 minimum years of experience are acceptable for the position
  • On-Call Requirements: 7 shifts per 2-week pay period
  • Preferred Skills: Experience in scrub and monitor roles, familiarity with diagnostic and interventional CV/PV procedures
  • Additional Notes: Scrubs provided in green, no unacceptable attire; outgoing, adaptable, and team-oriented personality preferred.
  • Unit Details: Good patient ratios with a 3-person team, primarily geriatric and adult patient population; use of Philips and Maquet equipment
