Job Summary:
The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position is based in the cardiac catheterization laboratory within a healthcare facility. This role involves supporting interventional and vascular procedures, including EPS, PVI, PPM LT and RT HC, PCI, IR, and vascular procedures. The technologist will work collaboratively with a team dedicated to providing quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 10/19/2026 and ending on 01/18/2027.
- Required Qualifications: ARRT, RCIS, BLS, ACLS certifications; x-ray table operation experience; interventional procedure experience; location in Houston, Texas.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in electrophysiology (EP) and interventional radiology (IR) is highly desirable.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The unit has 3 patient rooms and employs 11 staff members, including a charge nurse, techs, and nurses working four 10-hour shifts. The team primarily uses Phillips and Siemens equipment with EMR systems MERGE Hemo and Meditech Expanse. Dress code is surgical scrubs; on-call coverage is required for at least 10 shifts per month.
