Job Details
- Position Description: The successful candidate will assist with cardiac and peripheral invasive procedures, including PCI and STEMI, in a cath lab setting. Candidates must have scrub experience for these procedures and be able to handle all aspects of invasive cardiovascular work.
- Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: BLS Certification, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) verification, a minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience, and applicable licensure.
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Candidates must have scrub experience for PCI/STEMI. The role includes rotating assignments with on-call responsibilities; response time is 30 minutes. Call is required approximately 12 days per month, including one weekend, with holiday coverage as part of the rotation. The unit has a Cerner charting system, and hospital-provided scrubs are used.
