Job Summary:
The Cardiac Catheterization Technologist II position is located within a dynamic cardiac catheterization lab environment. This role involves collaborating closely with the patient care team to deliver patient/family-focused care and ensuring continuity of care for diverse cardiovascular procedures. The technologist promotes a patient-centered approach in all interactions, working within a fast-paced setting that performs a wide array of complex cardiac interventions.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 08/30/2026 and ending on 11/28/2026.
- Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, at least 1+ years of traveler experience, ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification with RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a hybrid operating room environment; proficiency with Siemens Sensis hemodynamics system; Epic charting system familiarity.
- Additional Information: The role includes participation in call during weeknights, weekends, and holidays during the contract period, with no scheduled weekend or holiday shifts. The unit features seven procedure rooms, including a hybrid operating room, upgraded within the past five years, and supports over 30 cases daily ranging from outpatient right heart catheterizations to complex vascular interventions. The candidate must demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
