Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Two years of recent experience as an anesthesia technologist; high school diploma; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA); current registration as a pharmacy technician in the State of Georgia; Certified Anesthesia Technologist credential through the American Society of Anesthesia Technologists and Technicians (ASATT).
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; 8-hour shifts; 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include preparing and setting up appropriate equipment and supplies for each anesthetizing location, performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, maintaining a clean environment, maintaining supply levels, and handling and delivering pharmaceuticals under pharmacist supervision. The position requires work on two major holidays—Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day—and one minor holiday— the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
