Work Dates Needed: ASAP once credentialing is complete. 1-2 days a week for a few months
Preferred Schedule: 1-2 days a week . 8-5/no call/no weekends/Holidays are off
Worksite Setting: Outpatient/vascular center-not hospital affiliated
Scope of Work: Required: peripheral arteries, PAD a must, Number of procedures: 3-6 procedures a day
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC in Vascular, license in FL, open to IMLC
