- Work Dates Needed: 5/11/26 through 7/3/26.
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 8-5p 5/days week or will accept 8-5pm 4/days week.
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic.
- Scope of Work: Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals, etc.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted CO license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert (or attain prior to 1st shift).
- EMR: Allscripts
- Pay Rate Preferred: $135-140/hr.
