- Work Dates Needed: Base Year: 7/1/26-6/30/27; Option Yr 1: 7/1/27-6/30/28; Option Yr 2: 7/1/28-6/30/29; Option Yr 3: 7/1/29-6/30/30; Option Yr 4: 7/1/30-6/30/31
- Preferred Schedule: M-F, 7a-4p: and available for On-Call and Call-Back during all hours facility is closed (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Worksite Setting: Veteran's Hospital
- Scope of Work: Responsible for providing Interventional Radiologist procedures, communication of test results, Consultation responsibilities, Medications, Discharge, Meetings/Administrative (about 10% of the time)
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified per the American Board of Radiology; currrent License any state (must be full, unrestricted, and can never have been restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered, pending action, or denied upon application); CMEs up to date; DEA; NPI; BLS & ACLS (AHA preferred)
