Physician / Otolaryngology (ENT)

Work Dates Needed: Estimated Start Date: 05/28/2026 - 08/31/26
Preferred Schedule: Coverage will be 3 days per week in clinic
Worksite Setting: Outpatient
Scope of Work: Otolaryngology, ENT,Non-surgical, Endoscopic procedures, Septal, Sinus, Laryngoscopy, 20 patients per shift
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active GA State License, Board Certified/BE, BLS, PROVIDER WILL NEED TO HAVE ENT EXPERIENCE

Pay Rate Preferred: $300 Per/Hr
EMR Experience Preferred - Please notate in the bid
LOCAL providers preferred
Coverage will be 3 days per week in clinic
