• Work Dates Needed: 7 days per month 
• Preferred Schedule: 8a-5p Clinic with Rounding 
• Worksite Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
• Scope of Work: MFM, High Risk Pregnancy Care
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA, CA DEA address, PALS
• EMR: EPIC
• Pay Rate Preferred: 8a-5p $3000 includes beeper. OT 5p-8a $375 hr.
