- Scope of Work: Surgery - General, Patients Per Shift:8, Call Response Time Required:30 minutes, Call Ratio:1:4, Patients Seen:8.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN license, BE/BC, BLS.
- EMR: Epic.
