- Work Dates Needed: Ongoing ASAP
- Preferred Schedule: Monday-Thurs (8a-4:30p); Friday (7:30a-4p); no weekends, no call.
- Worksite Setting: Office/outpatient clinic
- Scope of Work: General Neuro only, Botox procedures are NOT available for locum physicians to perform. Percentage of adult and outpatient patients: 100%. Average number of patients/day: 14, Other Neurologists will be present during Locum's assignment, 12 Physician's and 4 APPs in group, Office staff: 2 MA, 2 front desks
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active OH License, BLS, Board Certified.
- EMR: Epic
