- Preferred Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only, Prefer 5 days per week, but are open to 4 days per week either Tuesday - Friday or Monday - Thursday.

- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL State License or IMLC, Board Certified/BE , ABLS, BLS

- Pay Rate Preferred: $87/HR
