- Work Dates Needed: updated dates, Nov 16-20, 23-27

- Scope of Work: Peds cardiac pump cases, 2-4 pump and no pump cases per day, cardiac electrophysiology - peds cardiac but not bypass.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active NY license, clean record, Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship
