- Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed for 1 year or longer
- Preferred Schedule: Monday–Saturday (8a – 8p), Sunday (8a – 5p). PRN and full-time schedules available.
- Worksite Setting: Urgent Care; 30-60 patients per day
- Scope of Work: Urgent Care. Provider will see all ages including Pediatrics (3 months +), Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active TX license, DEA and CSR, BLS, and comfortability with treating patients in a high-volume setting.
- EMR: Practice Velocity
- Pay Rate Preferred: $80-$90/hr
