- Work Dates Needed: Mon-Fri ongoing but they would like to do month to month to see how things go
- Preferred Schedule: between the hours of 7am to 5:30pm (40 hrs per week)
- Worksite Setting: Occupational Medicine
- Scope of Work: outpatient onsite - OccMed/Urgent Care/Wound Care
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: AR license, BLS, ACLS, DEA and DOT preferred, min of 2-3
- Pay Rate Preferred: $75-80
