- Worksite Setting: Clinic
- Scope of Work: Primary care for employee health | 8-10 patients per day
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BLS, DEA, IN license, 3 years APP experience.
- EMR: EPIC
- Pay Rate: $80
