Position Overview
- Provide speech-language services to elementary students to support communication, language development, and successful participation in the educational environment.
- Collaborate with students, families, teachers, administrators, and other school professionals to support individualized student needs and positive educational outcomes.
- Apply evidence and research-based strategies to promote student communication, learning, and achievement.
- Deliver services in person or remotely as needed, while maintaining accurate documentation and following established service requirements.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid or eligible for a Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- School-based or pediatric experience working with elementary students preferred
