Job Details
- Position Description: Providing physical therapy services to patients in a home health environment, following treatment plans and assessments.
- Required Qualifications: California license, BLS (AHA or ARC) certification, minimum of 2 years of experience, no BSN required, and no specific experience minimum, with a schedule of Days, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Unit notes specify that mileage is billable per GSA rate, and 25% travel is involved. Charting is performed using Cerner.

- Submission Requirements: Must have CA license and submit license documentation.
