Job Details
- Position Description: Histotechnologist — 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour workweek. The role involves working with a patient population ranging from newborn to geriatric age.
- Required Qualifications: ASCP(HT) or ASCP(HTL) certification, a minimum of 1 year of experience, and recent EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience within the past 2 years.
- Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with bi-weekly orientations on Mondays. This assignment requires working 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day/Eve.
- Additional Information: All employment gaps over 90 days need to be explained. Reliable transportation is strongly recommended as public transportation is not accessible in this area.
