Job Summary
Long Term Care Nursing Assistant, Long Term Care — Located in Wisconsin, this position involves providing compassionate care within a supportive environment for assisted living and supportive services patients, including those with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Job Details
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of CNA training program, Wisconsin CNA registry, at least 1 year of experience, BLS certification (American Heart Association only), valid cell phone contact, no at-fault cancellations in work history, successful completion of 1 travel assignment, ability to work 8-hour day shifts (7:30 AM - 3:00 PM) with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Abnormal/Normal Vital sign parameters (Adult and Pediatric), assist with ambulation, feeding, turning and repositioning, bathing, skin care, and use of electronic vital sign equipment.
- Additional Information: Must have no out-of-fault cancellations, be able to assist with various patient care tasks including the use of bed alarms, gowns, and bedpans. Travelers are required to float as needed. Local candidates residing 50 miles from the facility are not accepted.
- Submission Requirements: All submittals must include verified certifications and completed documentation, including a telemetry exam demonstrating 100% identification of lethal rhythms, with passing scores of 80% or higher. Attempts are limited to three, with additional certification required after two failed attempts.
