Job Details
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; Strong orthopedic knowledge; 0 years of minimum experience required.
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Responsibilities: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops and adjusts treatment plans, and documents medical records accurately and timely.
- Clinical and Professional Development: Participates in student programs, actively pursues professional growth, and maintains licensure in good standing.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and in accordance with applicable state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
