Job Details
- Certifications: Licensed Physical Therapist, BLS CPR
- Education Requirements: Associate degree in Physical Therapy
- Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute setting
- Location Requirements: Must have valid licensure in the state of Oklahoma
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week minimum
- Position Description: Provide inpatient physical therapy to medically complex and geriatric patients, including those who may require ventilator management. Participate in patient assessment, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Additional Information: Possibility of float rotation to a sister facility (Muskogee), but not mandatory.
