Job Details
- Certifications: Valid, current State license; BLS Certification required prior to first shift.
- Education & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience; LTACH experience preferred.
- Location Requirements: Work location is in Willingboro.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours weekly.
- Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and modifying treatment plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth discharge planning, and managing individual or group therapy sessions.
- Performs timely and accurate documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
- Participates in student training and professional development activities.
- Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to all relevant professional standards and organizational policies.
- Actively engages in organizational performance improvement initiatives and promotes patient and employee safety.
