Job Details
- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Long Term Care (LTC)
- Location: Short-term assignment in a skilled nursing facility, with a start date of 11/02/2026 and end date of 01/30/2027
- Schedule: Evening shift, 8 hours, minimum 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid LPN license; CPR certification; High school diploma or equivalent; able to work in a 60-mile radius; 0 years of experience required
- Additional Information: Candidates will be expected to float as needed across all applicable units, including a charge role with House Supervisor oversight. Orientation occurs weekly.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior LTC experience and experience with electronic medical records (Point Care Click) are beneficial.
- Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members, contribute to resident care, and support facility operations.
- Submission Requirements: Approval from IVS with Manager before final offer.
- Additional Notes: Every other weekend/holiday coverage required. The facility emphasizes staff cooperation, with activities such as HR rounds on Wednesdays, social events, and onsite amenities.
