Job Details
- Position Description: Paramedic needed for ambulance services within an emergency department setting. Will assist in emergency care and respond to prehospital calls.
- Required Qualifications: Iowa or National Paramedic Certification, ACLS, PALS, BLS; completion of paramedic program; no minimum years of experience required; location must be Iowa or nearby area; must be able to start within 7-10 days from offer acceptance.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prehospital experience required; team player and patient care focused personality.
- Additional Information: Assist in Emergency Department as requested. Scrub attire is provided; black or blue pants with black shoes or boots.
- Submission Details: Candidates must have Iowa SING BG clearance (criminal and child abuse checks) fully completed prior to start. Must have titers within the last 12 months and current certifications. No offline or statewide background checks permitted.
