Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist – PT OP – Location: Ohio. This position involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients in an outpatient setting, ensuring effective recovery and return to community activities. The role requires collaboration with healthcare teams, adherence to safety and professional standards, and contributing to the organization’s mission and core values.
Job Details:
- Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients, develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician directions. Responsible for delegation and supervision of therapy services. Ensures the design of functional treatment programs for optimal patient outcomes. Acts as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues. Performs professional duties related to patient care, service development, and program design in accordance with organizational standards.
- Certifications and Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School. CPR Certification. Maintains active applicable license for the state where work will be performed.
- Experience: 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience.
- Schedule: Day Shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, starting 11/02/2026 and ending 02/01/2027.
- Additional Information: Participates in student programs, adheres to state practice acts and regulatory requirements, and maintains professional licensure in good standing. Engages in continuous professional development and aligns efforts with organizational performance improvement initiatives.
