- Worksite Setting: Hospital, Level II Nursery
- Scope of Work: 2061 annual deliveries. 250-200 triage annual volume, Refer out MFM, General Surgeons available 24/7, 2 - 3 clinicians in clinic at all times,
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BLS, BC or Truly BE, DEA, NM license
- EMR: Epic
