Job Details
- Position Description: Pharmacist in Charge at a retail pharmacy within a healthcare facility.
- Required Qualifications: PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience; Active Colorado Pharmacist license in good standing; CPR certification; Immunization certification.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Responsible for medication safety, regulatory compliance, inventory control, immunizations, and supporting credentialing activities related to pharmacy operations and payer participation. The role requires someone with strong leadership, operational skills, and a commitment to rural healthcare practice.
