Job Summary
MRI Technologist – MRI – Charlevoix, MI. This position involves performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging studies, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining effective communication with radiologists and team members. The role may include training new technologists and supporting multiple locations as needed.
Job Details
- Certifications and Education Requirements: ARRT (MR), AHA BLS, valid state license if applicable; High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting from 11/09/2026 to 02/08/2027.
- Required Qualifications: One or more years of MRI experience preferred, with at least 1 year of experience in high-volume environments; ability to work at multiple locations; valid driver’s license, if applicable; COVID vaccination required.
- Additional Information: Responsible for patient safety including pre-screening for contraindications such as aseptic injection technique; produces diagnostic images; orders supplies and assists in unit cleanliness; trains new technologists or Patient Coordinators; local travel may be required, and ability to flex among various practice sites is needed.
