Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; outpatient experience; active applicable license for the state; experience with outpatient care preferred.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops tailored treatment plans, documents medical records accurately and timely, and participates in student and professional development activities. Ensures care is delivered under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance guidelines. Complies with regulatory standards and maintains licensure in good standing.
