Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient – Naples. This outpatient physical therapy position involves evaluating patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician directions. The role emphasizes functional treatment programs aimed at facilitating patients' return to community activities, along with patient, family, and colleague education.
Job Details:
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active/state-appropriate license.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Position Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients, create and modify treatment plans, and document care accurately and timely in compliance with guidelines. Participate in student programs, provide a positive learning environment, and develop a professional growth plan. Apply learned information to meet organizational strategies and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.
- Additional Job Requirements: Perform duties under valid physician orders, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and maintain professional licensure in good standing. Uphold patient and employee safety standards, including safe patient handling, infectious disease protocols, and slip/trip/fall prevention.
