Job Details

- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: OTR (Occupational Therapist Registered) experience in SNF is a must. EMR utilized is PointClickCare. Positions start on 10/26/2026 and end on 01/23/2027.
