- Position Description: No clinical involvement; candidates go straight to department manager to interview. Covering zip codes including Walnut Hills, Evanston, Norwood, Reading/Lockland, Elmwood, St. Bernard, Northside, Finneytown/NCH, Avondale, Spring Grove, Deer Park, and Roselawn.
- Division: Home Health
- Shift Time: Days, 8-hour shifts
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Schedule: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS); minimum 1 year of experience in physical therapy; license to submit a license; location in Cincinnati, Ohio or surrounding area.

- Additional Information:
- General diagnosis / types of patients include congestive heart failure (CHF), orthopedic conditions, and pneumonia.
- Experience preferred but not mandatory for candidates with less than one year of experience.
