Job Details
- Certifications Required: BLS, ND Physical Therapy License
- Education Requirements: None specified
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Location Requirements: Must have current Driver's License & Auto Insurance
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Responsibilities: Conduct start of care, recertification, and resumption of care visits (approximately 6.5 points per day). May perform assessments, educate patients, and provide support related to home health therapy services.
- Additional Information: No clinical involvement outside of manager interview. Travel is within a 50-mile radius; mileage will not be paid. Minimal orientation with a short-term preceptor. No weekends or holidays required.
